Calcium

I’m making the switch to more whole foods over supplements… and giving up coffee. With that being said, I need to find creative ways to incorporate calcium into my diet without popping a pill. This girl doesn’t like cheese. The fixes: unsweetened almond milk, organic firm tofu, fat-free cottage cheese, non-fat & plain greek yogurt, green & leafy vegetables, etc. Go, calcium! :0)

    Wow…you don’t like cheese? What about on pizza or lasagna? I love cheese in those dishes. And giving up coffee is good. I rarely drink it. Although it’s nice to have in the winter for its warmth.
