If there was a version of Jamie Eason and the Daniel Fast for 21 days combined, it would be the carb cycling portion at the end of the 12 week trainer (weeks 10-12). During this time, one has 3 low-carb days followed by 1 high-carb day at the low-calorie end of one’s goal.
