Chocolate Protein Pudding

A favorite frozen treat of mine in the summer (thanks to an Oxygen Magazine gal):

2 packets Splenda or no-cal sweetener; 1 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Hershey’s FTW); 1 tablespoon nut butter (pb or almond!); 1 scoop protein powder (Vanilla); 1/4 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk (I used chocolate today!)

Mix everything but the almond milk.  Once mixed in a bowl, add the almond milk and stir til ingredients are blended, put in freezer for about 20 minutes and enjoy! (Might need to add more almond milk if the protein powder is thick).
